Rachael Hain – Managing Director
BComm (Acc) CPA

Rachael established Ready to Work in early 2008 with Founder Kellie Benda. Rachael is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and  has worked for listed companies and government departments.  She has previous Board experience in a small NFP.

Rachael is a founding member of the National Womens' Alliance with Dress for Success, Brisbane and Sydney.  Rachael also mentors CPA students in their transition to full CPA status.

In August 2010 Rachael was awarded as one of only two recipients the Sir Frank Ledger Scholarship to undertake the AIM UWA Business School Alliance-Advanced Management Program.

Jodi Tazewell – Programmes Manager

Jodi has joined Ready to Work as our Programmes Manager.  She will help co-ordinate clients, volunteers, committees, workshops etc.  Jodi has held senior level Personal/Executive Assistant positions in the Resources and Accounting sector.  Most recently, Jodi worked with a Human Resources Consultancy firm in the capacity of Office Administrator.
