Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Working intimately with these world leaders at the White House, from his unique vantage point Cecil Gaines witnessed radical transformations in American history through the civil rights movement to Vietnam and the Cold War. Based on a true story, Lee Daniels (Precious) directs a stellar ensemble cast including Forest Whitaker, Oprah Winfrey, Jane Fonda, John Cusack, Robin Williams, Alan Rickman, James Marsden and Liev Schreiber. |

Ready to Work's The Great Gatsby Movie Fundraiser |

A large group of Ready to Work friends and supporters gathered at the Windsor Cinema, Nedlands, on Wednesday June 12 for a stunning 3D cinematic experience. Over 140 people came along on the night to see the new movie from the imaginative mind of writer, producer and director Baz Luhrmann, The Great Gatbsy, and his big screen adaptation of the American literary giant F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same name. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets, as well as to the volunteers who helped on the night, your support has helped this event our most successful movie fundraiser to date. All funds raised from this event will go towards supporting more disadvantaged women in WA achieve their goal to find work.
